Brian Kelly 
President, North America
Bachelor of Arts (History)
Brian Kelly serves as President of North America, overseeing all of Infohrm’s operations in the United States and Canada and continuing to build Infohrm's presence in the marketplace. Before assuming this role, Brian led the business development team, driving awareness of Infohrm services and expanding our membership base throughout North America. Prior to joining Infohrm, Brian served as the Managing Director of DoubleStar. Brian holds a B.A. in history from Boston College. Brian has recently been a speaker at industry conferences/seminars including The Saratoga Institute, Balanced Scorecard Collaborative and The Conference Board on the topics of “Human Capital Measurement” and “Best Practices in Workforce Analytics”.
Jeff A Higgins 
Executive Vice President of Client Services, North America
Jeff is responsible for leading Infohrm’s North American Consulting and Member Services organizations in North America.
Prior to joining Infohrm, Jeff served as the Executive Vice President of Workforce Planning at Countrywide Financial Corp and has held senior HR and Finance roles at The Irvine Company, IndyMac Bancorp, Johnson & Johnson, and Baxter International. He has led numerous HR initiatives to drive human capital analytics that successfully turned HR data into predictive analytics, created substantial ROI and driven company strategy. Notable projects include turnover/retention drivers, manager scorecarding, manager span of control analysis, high performer profiling, ROI of recruiting and sales force optimization. Jeff has presented his work at national and international HR analytics conferences, is a member of the Human Capital Institute National Advisory Council as well as a frequent expert panelist on HCI presentations and has been a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga Institute advisory council.
Jonathan Terrell 
Infohrm Fellow
Bachelor of Business (Management)
Jonathan brings twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry, with a focus on the development of commercial applications, to his role at the Infohrm Group. As Infohrm Fellow, Jonathan is responsible for the development of all aspects of the Infohrm program, with particular emphasis on technological innovation and workforce analytics.
Over the last 5 years, Jonathan was responsible for the management of the North American business, including the period in which the Infohrm Group acquired full operational responsibility for the CLC Metrics program. Jonathan combined his responsibility for growing and developing the business in this region with his passion for enabling Business Intelligence solutions for the HR community.
For 12 years prior to this, Jonathan specialized in the development of operational systems through the initial building of the Lattice product and associated business, and the subsequent management of this business as a subsidiary of Mincom.
Mercedes Del Castillo 
Director, Member Services
Associate Diploma of Business (Computing)
Mercedes brings over 15 years experience in the Information Technology industry to her role with the Infohrm Group. For the last seven years, Mercedes has been involved in the development and implementation of Infohrm’s services in the United States, and in developing tools to assist in the delivery of the Benchmarking program, products and services. Prior to this, Mercedes was involved in the development and support of the MIMS enterprise-wide software solution provided by Mincom.
Mick Collins 
Director of Marketing, North America
Masters in Political Science
Mick is responsible for managing Infohrm's North American marketing strategy, which includes advertising, publishing, speaking at external events, and facilitating industry partnerships. Prior to joining Infohrm, he was a senior consultant with CLC Metrics, the former joint venture partnership established by Infohrm and the Corporate Leadership Council, providing human capital analysis, change management consulting, reporting, and training support to member organizations. Mick has conducted speaking engagements on a variety of workforce metrics and analytics topics at Infohrm’s North America and Asia-Pacific conferences, PIHRA, BCHRMA, and numerous HR.com webcasts.
Darren Shearer 
Director, Reporting Services
Darren joins the North American office after 5 years experience in the APAC region, where he led a team responsible for reporting, site publication, and quality assurance. In his time at Infohrm he has been pivotal in the expansion of the benchmarking program and the development of the current reporting environment. In addition, he led the Metrics Forum project.
Darren continues to support and grow the Reporting Services function by providing assistance to members in understanding their reporting needs and the methods of best application in their organization. He also assists members in formulating strategies for implementing business intelligence solutions.
Prior to joining Infohrm, Darren was the national Business Analyst for the Indirect Channels at the leading telecommunications company in Australia.
Joseph Morrissey 
Director of Sales, North America
Bachelor of Science (Psychology)
Joseph is responsible for driving awareness of Infohrm's products and services in the North American marketplace. Prior to joining Infohrm, Joseph was part of IBM's efforts to help large companies make sense of the vast amounts of data from multiple disparate systems using the acquired tool set from Ascential. With the new support of IBM, the Ascential tools for data profiling, data quality, data movement (ETL) and metadata were used to provide an integrated solution for companies trying to enact change, automate or prepare for software application implementations. Before realizing, "It's the Data...", the majority of Joseph's experience, however, is with the major ERP/HR/Payroll vendors. Joseph was part of the initial Oracle team which changed the HRMS Industry by driving the use of web technology and self-service. His Payroll experience includes mainframe vendor Cyborg Systems, but like many software professionals he started his HR/PR career at ADP, Automatic Data Processing. Joseph has a BS in Psychology from St. Norbert College and is a US Army Ranger.
Joe Grohovsky 
Director of Sales, North America
Bachelor of Science (Business Administration)
Joe is responsible for driving awareness of Infohrm's products and services throughout North America. Joe has over 20 years of experience increasing the effectiveness and profitability of organizations around the world through the use of leading edge technology and progressive business practices.
Immediately prior to joining Infohrm, Joe worked with Fortune 500 companies to successfully increase their workforce engagement levels. He has also worked for technology companies such as ADP, Cognos, and Novell. International assignments in Australia and South Africa have provided him with visibility into both the potential and complexity of international business.
Brian De Groodt 
Director of Sales, Western Region, North America
Brian is responsible for driving awareness of Infohrm’s products and services throughout the western region of North America.
Previous to joining Infohrm, Brian worked as Regional Sales Manager at VirtualEdge (acquired by ADP). In addition, Brian served as a Senior Consultant with the Corporate Executive Board's Recruiting Roundtable, directing the Roundtable's HR technology research program. In this capacity, Brian provided in-depth, bias-free analysis of HR technologies to over 200 Roundtable members while providing Roundtable members deep insight into accurately measuring internal business and system requirements against market offerings. Prior to joining the Roundtable, Brian was President of HR Think, LLC., a New York based human resource services company concentrating in development of advanced human resource technologies and services. Brian has also held positions with human resource system providers Resumix and Icarian.
Paige Menge 
Manager, Consulting Services
Master of Business Administration
Paige Menge has worked with a number of companies on Workforce Planning and Analysis assignments, including Aetna, Cadbury-Schweppes, United Airlines, and American Family Mutual Insurance. Paige joined Infohrm after receiving her MBA from Vanderbilt University, although she was familiar with the company from her prior experience as an analyst at Infohrm's former partner, CLC Metrics. Paige has worked for the Boston Consulting Group as well as a number of other companies consulting on topics such as human resources, business strategy, sales and marketing and market intelligence.
Grant Cooperstein 
Consultant, Client Services
Bachelor of Business Management (Major in Economics)
Grant is experienced in guiding a company’s journey to maximize workforce value and make data-driven decisions by leveraging human capital analytics and predictive modeling. Prior to joining Infohrm, Grant worked as a manager of Workforce Analytics at a mid-sized financial services company in Pasadena, California. He has contributed to multiple advanced analytic engagements, including sales force effectiveness, recruiting optimization, manager profiling and retention analysis that shaped policy changes and reduced overall turnover by 33%, and high performer turnover by more than 50%.
Grant is a former member of the Saratoga advisory board and graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, with a major in Economics for Business and Management.
Rana Hobbs 
Consultant, Member Services
Bachelor of Arts
As a Member Service Consultant, Rana is responsible for all aspects of member management related to Infohrm products and services. She is involved in HR analytic investigations and in designing reporting strategies for the membership. Additionally, she acts as an advisor to the Infohrm product development group. Outside of her member service role, Rana is a contributing facilitator to the Infohrm workshops and training courses.
Rana came to Infohrm through their partnership with the Corporate Leadership Council, CLC Metrics. While with CLC Metrics, Rana provided analytic, training, and project management support to the membership. Prior to her work in human resources, Rana worked at IDC as an analyst and contributing telecommunication market researcher. Rana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
