Sean Collins 
Manager, APAC Member Services

Sean leads the Member Services Team in the delivery of Infohrm products and services to members across the Asia-Pacific region. Sean is involved in all aspects of the Infohrm program covering project management, implementation of new Infohrm members, and particularly the provision of strategic engagement services (e.g. KPI identification, change management and roll-out support, analysis and presentation of results to senior executive audiences).
Sean has extensive experience with both public and private enterprises, having successfully negotiated many industry strategy implementations. He has been employed as the CEO and General Manager of two national networked companies engaged in developing industry skills across the service sectors. Additionally, Sean has been involved in management consulting in an independent capacity, gaining experience in business planning, industry strategy, issues analysis, and market research.
Sean is a Member of the Australian Institute of Management.
Richard Pound 
Senior Member Consultant
Bachelor of Applied Science
Richard's expertise lies in HR reporting and workforce planning. His role involves facilitating the delivery of products and services to Infohrm members across the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, he provides analysis for human resource reports, and project manages the implementation process of Infohrm's products and services for members. Richard also conducts Infohrm website training and assists in debrief delivery for members.
Prior to Infohrm, Richard worked as a Workforce Planning Officer for the National Health Service in the UK.
Susan Fletcher 
Senior Information Analyst
Bachelor of Arts
As Team Leader of the Infohrm Service Center, Susan is responsible for the facilitation of timely data processing for Infohrm members in preparation for publication to the web or the provision of customized reports. She is also responsible for streamlining business processes, responding to complex technical member enquiries and quality assurance.
Susan has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Prior to Infohrm she was employed in the electricity industry as an Analyst Programmer and more recently as a Senior Systems Analyst.
Amy Sparks 
Senior Member Consultant
Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations
Bachelor of Science (Applied Psychology)
Amy facilitates of the delivery of Infohrm products and services to members across the Asia-Pacific region and provides analyses for human resource reporting. She is also involved in project management for the implementation of new Infohrm members, Infohrm website training and assisting in the debrief delivery for members. Amy’s HR expertise covers a broad base with particular skills and knowledge in the areas of recruitment and selection, performance management, and training and development.
Prior to joining the Infohrm Group, Amy was the HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of a publicly listed Biotechnology company in Brisbane and worked at Griffith University.
Amy was appointed as a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in 2005.
Philippa Tocker

Philippa assists Infohrm members with the delivery and management of products and services across the Asia-Pacific region. This involves all aspects of human resource reporting as well as training in the Infohrm program solutions and project management on specific consulting engagements.
Philippa has vast experience of Infohrm’s suite of reporting and analysis tools from her work in design and implementation while a part of the Product Management and Quality-Assurance teams. In addition, she has worked as a recruitment advisor in the Operations department for one of the UK’s leading Education Boards as well as other private sector positions.
Jennifer Trundle 
HR Analyst
Bachelor of Business Management (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations)
Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with Honors
As a member consultant, Jennifer provides analysis and insight of HR workforce information for Infohrm members. She also assists in the design and rollout of human resource reporting.
Prior to Infohrm, Jennifer has filled a variety of roles involving the analysis of staff retention, turnover, leadership, remuneration and rewards. She has also been employed by an international recruitment agency to provide candidate support, conduct interviews, assessments, and market research.
