Wendy Morison

In her current role, Wendy leads the Consulting Team and provides consulting advice and support to organizations in planning, measuring and reporting their human capital. She also establishes and maintains client partnerships to support the development and realization of "value-adding" people management initiatives within organizations. Additionally, she facilitates workshops for the Infohrm Academy and provides tailored in-house training for both Infohrm Program members, and non-member public and private sector organizations.

Wendy brings extensive HR expertise to her role, having worked in executive and senior HR roles in the public and private sectors. She shares her knowledge across all areas of HR, in particular, her expertise in strategic HR, workforce planning, organizational change, organizational development and ethics, as well as building HR capability. She is sought after for public speaking, receiving excellent feedback from her many speaking engagements.

Wendy is a former Director of the Australian Human Resources Institute and held a variety of elected national and state roles with the Institute over the past 8 years.


Brad Jorgensen

Brad is responsible for the project management of large and small scale consulting and analytic assignments. His focus is on workforce research and analysis and providing consulting advice and support to organizations. He also establishes and maintains client partnerships and is responsible for labor market research, trend analysis and reporting, and workshop design, development, and delivery. Brad is the network coordinator of Infohrm's Workforce Planning Partnership Program.

Brad is an experienced and highly-trained researcher, educator, leader, project manager and human resources professional. He has extensive experience in the management of personnel, organizational change and high level strategy development, complemented by qualifications in management, administration and training.

Prior to his role with Infohrm, Brad held project management and research positions within the private and public sectors, including: Principal Project Officer Learning and Development for the Department of Industrial Relations Queensland; Principal Adviser (Research and Innovation) for Education Queensland; and the Deputy Director of Workforce Structures for the Royal Australian Air Force.

Brad is an Australian Human Resources Institute Certified Professional.


Adelle Bish

Adelle has been a regular presenter at Infohrm's annual conferences and has presented on HR issues internationally. She has lectured at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and also completed her PhD at QUT on HR practices. Additionally, Adelle was a driving force in the change management processes associated with Infohrm's continued expansion into North America. As a Human Resources Manager and internal consultant, Adelle has hands-on experience converting theory into practice and engaging stakeholders in a wide range of HR initiatives.

Prior to joining Infohrm, Adelle trained as an Organizational Psychologist at the University of Queensland and gained extensive experience as an HR practitioner in the public and private sector. Her areas of expertise include change management, recruitment and selection, and learning and development.

Adelle is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Academy of Management (USA).


Melita Henderson

Melita brings over five years experience in training, project management and research to the Infohrm Consulting Team. She is involved in providing consulting and support for organizations in planning, measuring and reporting their human capital. Her role has a major focus on developing Infohrm's survey consulting services to further enhance our ability to deliver insightful data to aid organizational decision making. She also facilitates workshops for the Infohrm Academy and provides tailored in-house training for both Infohrm Program members and non-member public organizations.

Prior to joining Infohrm, Melita worked in the tertiary education sector, managing large staff survey projects focusing on organizational climate, culture and overall effectiveness. She has also worked as a consultant on a range of training, recruitment and organizational change projects.

Melita is a Registered Psychologist and a member of both the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Psychological Society.
